I’m looking forward to Watson, too. If you like the Holmes stories, you might be interested to know that there’s a Sherlock Holmes book club in St Louis: https://www.facebook.com/share/1AhsFmGoFr/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Yeah, I feel the same way about Arenado. It seems his and GoldSchmidt's tenure have been wasted by the Cardinals. . i know, that sounds a little hard, and it's not their fault. It's a shame.

Not entirely their fault, though they do have a little share in the issue. The one year they both had good seasons, 2022, the team should have gone farther in October than they did. Their struggles were part of the problem of the last two years.

That said, the team should have done more to capitalize on having these guys and put more pieces around them.

A thoughtful post. Thank you. I like Arenado and have really enjoyed watching him play for the Cardinals. I’m not eager for him to be traded, but think it’s in his best interest and the Cardinals’ best interest if a trade can be worked out. I hope things don’t get ugly; they’re already awkward.

Thanks! I agree, it’s gotten a little awkward. If nothing else that relationship has shifted. Maybe it won’t matter too much since it is MO’s last year.
